Hello, my name is Renee & I am a bad, bad blogger! It has been nearly 2 mths. since my last post! I have escaped the cold Manitoba winter by coming to Mesa, Arizona & the beautiful blue skies & warm weather. We are staying in an RV resort where I have found a group of other ladies here who are as crazy about making cards as I am & we have been getting together once a week to share ideas & to create. I'm loving it!
My card today is a DT card for Beccy's Place. The image & sentiment are by Beccy Muir. I coloured the image with copics....I'm fairly happy with the flowers but really need some practice on leaves. I wanted to keep the card very simple to highlight the beautiful flowers so I just edged the white CS with a Martha Stewart punch & put is on some orange Bazzill CS, added a bow & ta da....finished!

Renee, a beautiful card, love the colors, the flowers (and leaves) and how you made the shadow around the flowers. Such fun that you found like minded friends while escaping the cold and snow for awhile, blogging will wait, life is too short not to enjoy every minute! Great card.
